Roger Hama Sassaki is a photojournalist based in São Paulo, Brazil.

He became the house photographer at the jazz club Bourbon Street Music Club, in São Paulo. Since 2000 he´s been shooting the performances of national and international artists. These images are often used in publications, press releases, publicity and album covers.

In 2003 he graduated in photography at Senac University, in São Paulo, with a documentary about the Brazilian region know as the “Sertão Mineiro” at the margins of São Francisco River. Since then, he´s been teaching at the advanced photography courses at the same institution.

He also frequently works in institutional (corporate) and architectural photography.

He´s available for assignments around the world.
